The Fashion Race
Don't you hate it when you find an item (sweater, beautiful flower ring, amazing shearing boots, etc.) and it turns out that it is out of stock. Being a newbie to the fashion scene I feel like I am playing catchup. All the fashion blogs I enjoy reading help but I still feel behind. My recent love affair: (the red/white one is not available).

Capes - good or bad?
While working out I happened upon a Seinfeld episode in which Jerry and Elaine spy George's father talking to a man dressed in a cape. Jerry and Elaine came to the conclusion that no one should ever wear a cape. Even though I have given this cape revival a lot of thought I have not made up my mind. It’s a different way to wear a coat and some look so snuggly. But I fear that some people look a little to "superheroisc."
When I reflect on capes I think of children running around. Their arms holding the capes as they swoosh in the wind. Maybe after trying some on my childhood will come rushing back. There are so many adorable looking capes in all different lengths, shades and styles. What do you guys think?

Toffee chocolate chip cookie
After a long day of job searching - calling, sending resumes, etc. I wanted to make a treat for my family. My version of Toffee chocolate chip cookie - fat free (except for Semi sweet chocolate chips and Toffee bits) and Splenda. The cookies have more of a "muffin" type consistency. Tasty yes, but maybe not truly a cookie. Who cares - it takes delicious!
