Toffee chocolate chip cookie

After a long day of job searching - calling, sending resumes, etc. I wanted to make a treat for my family.  My version of Toffee chocolate chip cookie - fat free (except for Semi sweet chocolate chips and Toffee bits) and Splenda.  The cookies have more of a "muffin" type consistency.  Tasty yes, but maybe not truly a cookie.  Who cares - it takes delicious!
